WELCOME to KETO!! Let me start by stating, I'm not a doctor and I suggest consulting your physician before beginning your KETO Journey.
KETO has been a game changer for me and here's how I got to a place where I felt I wanted to share my KETO experience.
In just a few short months (2.5), I have lost over 10 pounds, have a clearer mind, a refreshed confidence, feel stronger and definitely leaner. I really don't feel hungry now that my body has adjusted and I don't feel like I'm missing out on things I used to eat/drink.
KETO is a very doable lifestyle, friends. I believe my experience is worth sharing a few tips and recipes in hopes of helping others shed the "Covid 15"! Have you heard of the "COVID 15"? It's like the horrid, "FRESHMAN 15". Thanks, 2020!!
My KETO journey began in late September, 2020 when my bestie, Natalie introduced me to the concept and had me skim through a beginner KETO book. I didn't plan it, it was spontaneous (like most things I do), I thought, "hey... why not?". So I jumped in to learn the basics and gave it a shot.

Day 1: I weighed in, took before pictures, because this was not my first time trying to lose weight and I knew that to stay motivated, I would want to see results. The pictures said 1,000 words and the scale told me I was at my heaviest since my two pregnancies. "No bueno!"
I was consistent, I was strict, I tracked what I consumed and I learned about MACROS! (My #1 Tip is to learn about MACROS)
My motivation helped me begin focusing on my fitness and mindset. Luckily, the KETO FLU as they call it, quickly turned into Healthy Energy, Clearer Mind and a Stronger and Leaner Body. (Tip #2: Rocket Fuel or Bullet Proof Coffee/Tea is EVERYTHING!!)
